A brownie like cake with marshmallow topping and chocolate fudge icing

Ingredients
4eggs
2cupsgranulated sugar
1cupbutter, melted
2tspvanilla
1/4cupcocoa powder
1.5 cupsself rising flour
2 cupspecans, chopped
1bag mini marshmallows
Icing
1/4cupbutter, melted
1/2cupheavy cream
1/4cupcocoa powder
1lbconfectioner's sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 F.
In a microwave safe bowl, melt the butter and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs slightly, then stir in sugar, butter, and vanilla.
Add flour and cocoa powder, stirring until combined, then add in pecans.
In a 9 x 13 cake pan or baking dish, spray with baking spray and add the cake batter. Bake for 35 minutes, then remove from oven and immediately cover with the marshmallows.
While the cake is baking, prepare the frosting. Combine all ingredients and pour over the cake after the marshmallows have been added.
